Dealing with worry to find Wellbeing!

Whilst 'wellbeing' is generally considered the experience of health, happiness and sense of purpose1, it is important to realise that it also encompasses you as a whole to combine your physical, mental, social and emotional states2.
Clinical psychologists Dr Matthew Whalley and Dr Hardeep Kaur have created a free resource on helping maintain wellbeing in these uncertain times.

Doctors Whalley and Kaur are clinical psychologists who recognised that in the face of this rapid change in our world, uncertainty and anxiety are likely to be experienced across the globe3.  They have published a free resource to explain worry, normalisation and offer practical suggestions and exercises to help people manage their daily lives and importantly, maintain their well-being3.

“It's natural to struggle when times are uncertain, so remember to offer care and compassion to yourself, and to those around you.”

Some of our favourite tips from this PDF is the Activity Menu. We think picking one of this list to mindfully engage with each day will be beneficial to our overall well-being, while also being a fun task!

Click here for your copy, and don’t forget to send it on to a loved one. In this way we can stay connected and make sure everyone gets through this together!
