Nov/Dec News from de Fiddes Aged Care Interior Designers.

There is no better feeling in the office than a full house. It gets loud, full of laughter and collaboration. We were so happy to welcome Kat back after her overseas adventure which sadly ended by Kat getting Covid the moment she got into Perth and on her birthday too! A week later Mollie got Covid and a week after that Vanessa stayed home with a bad cold! The DF team were dropping like flies!

We are a tenacious bunch and are not going to be stopped. With a small sabbatical and some tactical handovers we are back!

In November we celebrated Birthdays and Weddings (see right); welcomed visitors from over east and internationally; Deb did multiple presentations and together we continued polishing some big projects we have in the pipeline.

For December, Deb is leaving on the 15th for a Tasmanian Holiday. Christine is heading overseas to see her family. Mollie is having a rare Christmas in WA with a couple of family members spending the big bucks to fly over! Kat is spending the day with her daughter and family. Vanessa is heading down south to be there for her grandchild’s first Christmas. Sam is going to be spending the day wining and dining at the Rose and Crown.

All in all for these two months we have enjoyed the final push to finish off projects, wrap things up and make things a bit extra festive. Mollie and Christine enjoyed a Saturday painting pottery together. Vanessa had her sister come and stay from England (see their adorable pottery above) Sam took off for a quick break to Rottnest.

We all enjoyed our Christmas party at Bhutan Nepalese’s restaurant with the team from Gary Batt Associates Architects!

Merry Christmas everyone! We all look forward to working with you in 2023! Contact us if your aged care facility, retirement village or dementia specific wing needs a refurbishment, reset, new interior selections or even a fresh start.
