A message from Debbie de Fiddes

I hope this finds you well.  I’m sure you, like me, have been struggling the last few days to find some stable ground.

We are in unprecedented times and no one really knows when this uncertainty will end.

I do believe, however, that whilst we have no control over what’s happening we DO have some control over how we respond to it.

De Fiddes has just undergone rebranding and our logo emphasises that we think outside the box. Therefore the team have put our heads together (not touching of course and keeping our distance) and worked out a way that we can still provide our unique services without compromising our clients or residents.

We are very fortunate that the majority of the work we do can be done in house.  All our meetings can be done via. skype, facetime or conference calls.  Site visits can be achieved via video through simply getting a staff member to use their mobile phone to show us the spaces in question.

We have also thought long and hard about how we can achieve fitouts.  By the time we get to this part of the project the important selections have already been completed.  Here on the west coast our team can complete the work under strict practices around disinfecting and handling of goods and following the strict protocol of our clients.

On the east coast we will be employing the services of a stylist who will operate through facetime with our specialist here giving instructions for placement etc. Of course the stylist will also follow the strict practices around disinfecting, handling of goods and adhering to the strict guidelines of our clients.

All of our team are taking the recommended precautions and following the latest relevant guidelines issued by Government agencies.  It is our priority to do everything we can to keep ourselves, each other, our clients, our beautiful residents and the community as a whole, safe and healthy.

We look forward to assisting you in any way we can. Please do not hesitate in picking up the phone to have a chat and in the meantime stay well.

Cheers
Debbie de Fiddes
